LoyaltyLion is a rewards and loyalty platform that specializes in customer retention and LTV via their post reward-application data and analytics. 

How does it work?

  • Loyalty points redeemed via LoyaltyLion translate to Recharge discount codes
  • Dynamic discount codes are generated and displayed for the end user upon redemption
  • Merchants can analyze usage, engagement, etc. in LoyaltyLion based off of processed Shopify & Recharge charges

What has changed?

  • Merchants can now choose whether discount codes should be eligible for checkout or for to be applied to existing subscriptions via the portal which means that customers get to pick what type of discount code they would like to redeem their points for (checkout or subscription). This ensures that discount code usage is accounted for in their respective platform when used by the customer, which avoids any potential abuse of discount code usage.
  • Discount codes can now apply to multiple charges
  • Codes are created in both systems if the merchant is on SCI or SCI (m)

Stripe Climate is a carbon removal solution that allows merchants to join the fight against climate change by supporting carbon removal technologies through subscription purchases.

How does it work?
Merchants who opt into the Stripe Climate program select the percentage of revenue they would like to donate towards carbon removal. Stripe automatically contributes this amount from the revenue and uses it to scale new carbon removal technologies to help fight climate change.

Green Shipping Protection by Corso available for all Shopify merchants

Corso provides both carbon offsets and shipping protection to Recharge brands through Green Shipping Protection, a free Shopify app. 

How does it work?

In case of a shipping issue, Corso's concierge team will connect with the customer within one hour to resolve the issue in the form of:

  • replacement order within 24 hours (brand gets 100% of the reorder revenue)
  • refund to the customer

Customers also have the option to:

  • offset 100% of the shipping carbon on their subscription orders
  • add Green Shipping Protection to their orders to protect against carrier mishandling
  • offsetting their last-mile shipping carbon

All last-mile shipping carbon will be offset through our partner Cool Effect, whose carbon offset projects have been carefully vetted and verified. Merchants can track their carbon offset data within the Corso dashboard.
