Customers can now gift a skipped a shipment
All Recharge merchants can now enable their customers to gift an upcoming order as a one-time shipment when they select the ‘skip’ option. Once enabled, merchants can simultaneously recover skipped shipments and expand their customer base.
- Merchants will be able to enable/disable this feature
- Customers will be able to enter the shipping information for sending the one-time gift
- Gift recipients will receive a notification prior to receiving the shipment
